Welcome to the upcoming Spring Permanent Council of Judicial Officers in Luxembourg on May 11 and 12 2023.
Some general information
We want to make your trip to Luxembourg as easy as possible. You can reach the city by plane, train, or car.
Luxembourg has one airport, Luxembourg Airport (LUX), which is located just 6 kilometers from the city center. The airport offers a variety of direct flights from major European cities.
If you prefer to travel by train, Luxembourg has one main railway station in Luxembourg City. The station is specially well-connected to Paris (TGV, 2 hours)
The hotels for the Permanent Council are located next to each other and are just a one-minute walk away from each other, making it easy for attendees to move between them.
Event Venue
The Spring Permanent Council of Judicial Officers will take place at the European Convention Center Luxembourg (ECCL). For more information about the ECCL, please visit their website.

We are especially delighted to host the conference in Room D @ECCL.
Room D at the European Convention Center Luxembourg (ECCL) is a unique and historic venue. This “vintage” room dates back to the 1970s and features original chairs from the European Commission of the time.
Over the years, many important events in European history have taken place in Room D. In 1995, the European summit, held in Luxembourg at the time, validated what would become the Eurogroup. The historic signing of the agreement took place in Room D.
Similarly, in the same room, the decision to enlarge the European Union became a reality in 2004.
We are honored to hold the Spring Permanent Council of Judicial Officers in such a significant and historic venue.
